The FACScan, FACSort, FACS Calibur, and Workstation all have FileGuard installed. |
| All facility users will need an account in order to Logon/Logoff the Macintosh systems. Accounts may easily be obtained at the facility. | |
Log on the System | |

After getting the system's attention by hitting Return or moving the Mouse, there will be a Login prompt. Enter your username, password, and click OK. If you want to change your password, click on the Password button. |
Log Off the System When you are done. | |

When you are all done, use the Log Off menu command from the icon at the upper right of the system menu bar (just above the Hard Drive Icon on the Desktop). |

| Logging On and Off will be how we keep track of usage, so please do not forget to Log Off. An example of a daily log from the FACSort is show below. | |
