New for 2.6:
Version 2.6 patches to version 2.5
16bit data files are now supported (65536 channels).
Logical Gate Tool now works only on active window (you may not switch active windows with dialog displayed).
Bug fixed in multiparameter Histogram Gate Region code where a memory error could occur under certain conditions after using the <Show> button within the Logical Gate Tool.
Build #6: Added a Preferences item Auto Gate on Rgn Change to force an update on any window gated with a region that has changed. The default for this flag is TRUE, so it will have to be turned off to stop automatic updating of graphical and statistical windows. Markers may now be copied to the histogram multi-parameter gate region from a single parameter histogram window. Whenever this is done from the Gate Tool, the lower and upper bounds are changed for only the chosen parameter. For example, a 4 parameter listmode file is selected and only parameter 1 (FSC) is displayed as a histogram. A second histogram window is created for the same file and parameter 2 (SSC) is selected for display. A marker region is then drawn for channels 50 to 100 in the 1st window and selected as a gate via the Gate Tool (Copy Markers -> Region). Markers are then subsequently drawn in the 2nd window at channels 30 to 80 for SSC and also copied via the Gate Tool. Both parameters are now set as gate parameters. This means events must be in both marker regions to be accepted in the multi-parameter histogram region. If the SSC window is then selected and the Marker redrawn from channels 20 to 50, for example, and copied via the Gate Tool - then the new values are applied to parameter 2 (SSC) and the values for parameter 1 (FSC) remain unchanged. This is a departure from previous version of WinMDI where a window displaying all parameters was required to use the multi-parameter histogram region.
Build #7: Added 2048 channel compatibility for FCS files.
Enabled region sizing once a region is selected. Polygon, Rectangle, and Elliptical regions may be resized by grabbing the outer portion of the 4 corner handles that appear when the region is active (selected by double-clicking on it). Selecting the inside of the region or the inner half of the handles still enables the move function (the cursor changes).
Build #8 Opening a Format Print Window now forces modeless dialog boxes closed. Fixed bug where wrong channel numbers could be displayed when mouse pointer was over a window (region dialog box). If the pointer is out of bounds, the display is now blank until the pointer is moved over a valid part of the display window.
Build #9 Minor code improvements in I/O dialog boxes and string functions. Repaired broken patch to deal with Pro2FCS generated listmode listmode file.
Build #10 Patched bug where if user omitted labels in CellQuest Parameter Descriptions dialog box, subsequent labels were not read by WinMDI.
