Tools File Tool Command

The Tools File Tool Command allows a user to view the text contained in the FCS (Flow Cytometry Standard) file header and TEXT portion of the current data file. The FCS file TEXT is formatted for easy viewing within a Dialog Box Edit Window with horizontal and vertical scroll bars. The first line is the FCS header format containing the byte offsets for the beginning and end of the TEXT and DATA portions of the file. Each of the subsequent FCS file header variables in the following TEXT portion is then re-formatted such that each variable name and any corresponding values are shown line by line as in the 8 parameter listmode FCS file header and TEXT fragment shown below:
