The Quadrant Tool command allow a user to divide up a 2D display into four Quadrants.
A Dialog box appears during the period when input to the 2D display is allowed to set the Quadrant. The Quadrant position is used by WinMDI to calculate bivariate statistics within each of the four defined Quadrants. Statistical output is displayed in a sibling Stats window.
Once created and displayed in a 2D window, a quadrant may be selected/activated by double clicking on it with the left mouse button. After a handle appears at the intersect of the quadrant, it may be copied/pasted using the clipboard into other 2D windows.
