SDHGPA (San Diego Hanggliding and Paragliding Association) This is the only local San Diego club and they can be contacted through their website or you can typically find members out at Little Black on the weekends.

Local Instructors and Schools

Ken Baier-Airjunkies  Veteran pilot with over 20 years flying experience. Will also repair and inspect gliders for reasonable prices.

Josh Meyers-Airtek  Great instructor with good resources and access to many different gliders and equipment at excellent prices. 

Torrey Pines Gliderport  One of the biggest schools in the US with training at one of the easiest places to learn to fly.

High Adventure Hanggliding   Marshall Peak-San Bernadino.  Provides daily forecasts and information for flying at Andy Jackson Flight Park.

Santa Barbara Soaring Association   Information for  Santa Barbara (Also see Fly Above All )

Xtreme Big Air Paragliding   Located up in Shell Beach, this site offers excellent deals on equipment and has a great forum for any questions you might need answered by informed sources.

Crestline Soaring Society   The local club for Marshall's. Includes nice pilot reports for the area
